Shared Fear -the dance denial, (video/performance), "World Image", Metzingen, Germany - 1998; "InterAzoni", Teatro ARKA, Cagliari, Sardinia Italy - 1998, presents a teetering balance drawn from the anxiety of the Cold War and the often frivolous manifestations of denial from that tension.

 

 

 

FALLING MOOR
Symposium Moor 1992 & More Moor 

International Festival of performance, installation & site specific work on the Wittemoor, an ecologically endangered, state nature preserve in northern Germany.

 

Falling Moor was a series of video shorts and photographs produced as segues between video segements, documenting the participating artists in Symposium Moor 92

Fragments 
Collaborative video/computer graphic performance with Aysha Quinn, at Anthology Film Archives, NYC (1984) and The School of the Art Institute of Chicago (1985).  Fragments was also presented at Medium West Gallery, Minneapolis, MN and the University of Wisconsin in 1986.

No Earth / No Earth Station 
A video-performance collaboration with Aysha Quinn premiered at the 2nd Intermedia Arts Festival, University of Iowa (1982), and was reconfigured as a commission for the Los Angeles County Museum of Art (1983).  Los Angeles featured live & pre-recorded video staging, within a real-time chroma key performance environment.

ATARI IS THE NEW PARENT

 

Atari is the New Parent 
A collaborative, interactive satellite performance (linked between Los Angeles and Iowa City) with Aysha Quinn & Gary Lloyd, created for the Artist & Television Conference Cablecast, 1982

 

CONJUNCTION / OPPOSITION

 

Conjunction/Opposition 
A series of performances (with Aysha Quinn) that evolved over the course of four evenings; composed of b&w video (pre-recorded and live) in a sculptural environment.  Conjunction/Opposition premiered at Site, San Francisco, CA in 1976 and was preconfigured for the L.A. Louver Gallery, Los Angeles, CA as Conjunction/Opposition II in 1977.
