UMBC offers summer courses at The Universities at Shady Grove (USG) in Rockville, MD.

Summer at Shady Grove is open to:

• “Main campus” UMBC students
• Current USG students and incoming transfer students
• Visiting students from other colleges and universities

 Shady Grove courses are open to main campus UMBC students only in summer session.  During the regular academic year, only those UMBC students admitted to a designated USG program may attend classes at Shady Grove.
