While you are home this summer, take advantage of what UMBC has to offer.  Take a course and earn transferable credits. UMBC is nationally recognized for its leadership, innovative programs, and exceptional faculty.

Applying and registering for summer courses is easy. Be sure to check with your home institution to verify that credits earned during the UMBC summer session are transferable.

       
Quick Help for Visiting Students:

• Transcripts are not required if you are in good standing with your home institution
• Apply online for summer admission (undergraduate or graduate)
• Activate your myUMBC account to check your admission status
• Upgrade your myUMBC account after you are admitted
• Search the Schedule of Classes
• Register online for summer session classes
• Get a parking permit and a student ID card
• Verify class location and dates
• Buy textbooks from UMBC Bookstore
• Pay your bill and check final grades online
