Summer session parking permits are available after May 1. Winter session parking permits are available after December 1.
UMBC parking permits are required to park on campus. Parking permits should be secured several weeks in advance to ensure they are received before classes begin. A valid UMBC permit must be displayed on all vehicles parked in non-metered lots or on roadways from 7:00 am until 7:00 p.m. (Monday through Thursday) and from 7:00 am until 3:30 p.m. on Friday.
Where students can park
Students must park in assigned parking zones. During the summer and winter sessions the modified zone plan allows student permit holders to park in Zones A, B or C. Parking permits can only be issued to registered students.
Current UMBC Students
Display your current parking permit if it is still valid.
