The earth moves through space at a rate of 20.1km/sec. The earth and its moon move together in an elliptical orbit about the sun. The earth's orbit is 938,000,000 km. the earth travels along it at a velocity of about 106,000 km/h or 66,000 mph. earth rotates on it's axis once every 23 hours 56 minutes 4.1seconds (based on the solar year). That is the real length of a year.

The earth consists of five parts. first the atmosphere, the second is hydrosphere, third lithosphere, fourth mantle and the fifth is the core. As you go down it gets hotter because of trapped air.

There is probably life on earth because there is water, buildings and other main features.
