Introduction to Business Analysis - Businesses today are faced with more internal and external pressure to perform effectively than ever before.  Crucial to an organization's success is the capability of its people to solve problems and seize opportunities that contribute to the organization goals. Given finite and often limited resources, management must decide correctly how to expend those resources wisely.  The Business Analyst is critical to this endeavor.

Capturing Business Requirements: Methods & Techniques - This workshop provides participants with a framework for planning, executing and managing the requirements development process.  In addition, they will be equipped with the data gathering techniques to elicit requirements and with the tools and techniques for analyzing, documenting, and verifying requirements with stakeholders.  These tools and techniques include interviews, surveys and observation, as well as process and data modeling tools.  Also, the importance and construction of a traceability matrix will be explored. Another significant aspect of the course involves managing stakeholder expectations and implementing a change management process to control the dreaded, scope creep.

Business Analysis Bootcamp - Today’s organizations face the challenge of effectively using resources to create, uncover and exploit opportunities for innovation and growth.  The Business Analysis Bootcamp provides experienced analysts with a road map for meeting that challenge.  It covers initial problem analysis, goal setting, creating a business case, planning, eliciting, analyzing and structuring requirements, assessing feasibility, generating alternative solutions and presenting the results of a business case to decision-makers.
