Leadership Development Training for Organizations

UMBC Training Centers has developed a comprehensive Leadership Development program focused on the development of emerging leaders within organizations.  This customizable program consists of a series of 2 – 3 day classroom-based training sessions over a period of 3 to 4 months with assessment, application and coaching occurring between classroom sessions.  Primary topics that will be covered in this program include:
