Overview

This three day interactive workshop was designed for Administrators who need to deploy and manage BusinessObjects® Enterprise XI or Crystal Server XI. Some of the topics covered include an overview of the system architecture and installation, working with BusinessObjects Launchpad, account, folder, user access, and event management, utilizing the Publishing Wizard, scheduling reports, managing and configuring servers, working with universes, and handling security issues. The course incorporates a number of hands on exercises to reinforce the learning process.

Prerequisites

Working knowledge of Windows 2000 Server or XP environment is required.
