Master the features and capabilities of Microsoft SQL Server 2008 by earning a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS). UMBC Training Centers offers a 10 week evening class which prepares students for the MCTS: Microsoft SQL Server 2008, Implementation and Maintenance. This is the ideal certification for individuals wishing to pursue a career in SQL Server 2008 database administration and maintenance. Individuals with these skills are in high demand in corporate and government IT departments.

Our SQL Server 2008 MCTS course covers the following three core courses from the Microsoft Official Curriculum (MOC):

Prerequisites

The student should have a foundation in computers and the Windows operating system, as well as familiarity with data processing concepts and techniques.
