Overview

The Leadership Development Program at UMBC Training Centers is designed to provide practical, skills-based training to help participants to be able to address the real world challenges of being a leader in today’s competitive business environment.

Effective leadership is an organization’s most critical competitive advantage. Having effective leaders is fundamental to creating and sustaining a healthy and vibrant organization and for achieving business results.

UMBC Training Centers Leadership Development program prepares participants to be effective leaders in their organizations.

Schedule

Classroom instruction will be delivered from 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. at the UMBC Technology Center

Cost

$3,995.00 per participant (discounts available - click here for more information)
