Overview

A proven factor in the successful delivery of complex projects is the leadership of a qualified project manager. Often, project managers are forced to learn on the job with no or little formal education on the tools, processes, standard and best practices needed to be effective in the role.

UMBC Training Centers is a Registered Education Provider of the Project Management Institute and offers a series of high quality, convenient project management courses and workshops on our open enrollment schedule. Additionally these courses can be delivered onsite for organizations interested in training a group of employees.
