The Peer Health Educators are UMBC undergraduate students who are highly trained in various health related topics, especially those that are pertinent to college students at UMBC. They can provide your class, residence hall, organization, etc. with a variety of health education programs.

To request a program, please fill out our Program Request Form and send it in to our office. You may also call 410-455-1558, email firstname.lastname@example.org or stop by our Office of Health Education to speak with a staff member.
The Peer Health Educators can earn 3 academic credits per semester in Social Work (SOWK) for their participation in the program. Students may earn a maximum of 12 credits through the Peer Health Education Program.
