- Determine meeting schedule
- Nominations accepted via e-mail, verbal requests, paper nomination form, and online form

- Nominations close- October 31
- November
- Nominations shared with Committee members
- December
- Top nominations discussed individually
- Top three choices ranked and the final selection is made in consultation with Dean Diane Lee and the President's Office.
