Serving within the Office of Undergraduate Education (OUE), the Policy Administration Team is responsible

for the administration of Undergraduate Academic Policy as approved by the Undergraduate Council and

the Faculty Senate. The mission of the Policy Administration Team is to uphold the integrity of academic

standards through uniform application of policy, ensuring that all students are treated fairly and equitably.

 

The Policy Administration Team embraces the values of the university at every level of

decision making and is committed to three core areas:


Focus on Policy
A commitment to partner with the campus community to ensure a systematic review of

Undergraduate Academic Policy that offers clarity, consistency, and up-to-date content.


Focus on Process
A commitment to partner with the campus community to routinely assess policy-based processes

and procedures to ensure that they are not only accessible to students, faculty, and staff but that they

are designed in such a way that they are responsive and efficient.


Focus on Education
A commitment to serve as the advocate for Undergraduate Academic Policy

with a focus on educating the campus community and promoting student success.
