Other Research Opportunities for Undergraduates: Summer Opportunities

Listed below are some programs that offer research placements specifically during the summer.

Many summer programs, especially those in the sciences, have application deadlines in February.

Many summer programs require letters of recommendation. Read "How to Get a Good Letter of Recommendation" for help.

The Summer Program in Computational Biology (SPCB)
http://www.umbc.edu/SPCB/
Summer research program for undergraduate students interested in applying mathematics and statistics to biological problems. For more information contact Dr. Jonathan Bell, UMBC Department of Mathematics & Statistics, jbell@math.umbc.edu.
