Academic Common Market

The Academic Common Market (ACM) affords students an opportunity to enroll in certain out-of-state bachelor’s programs that are not offered at a public in-state college or university at reduced tuition rates.

The following states are partners in the ACM: Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Mississippi, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia and West Virginia.
