Resources for Transfer Students

Each year UMBC welcomes more than 1,100 transfer students to campus. Whether you have just begun your college education or have earned your associate’s degree, UMBC can be the next step toward attaining your educational goals. As you consider your transfer options, we invite you to learn more about the many opportunities for study at UMBC by visiting our campus:

  • Attend a Transfer Open House - meet with faculty, students and staff, tour the campus and attend classes. Special workshops on topics such as financial aid and scholarships, student life, internships are also featured.
  • Attend a Transfer Information Session - meet with an admissions counselor and go on a student-led campus tour.
  • Can’t make it to campus?  View the schedule of our Online Chats.
