Food for Thought

Dining at UMBC is as varied as the student population. Whether it's a quick bite between classes, or a four-course meal with friends, there is always something to suit your palette.

For the appetite that is never quenched, the resident dining hall offers unlimited seconds on such daily features as a fresh fruit stand, fresh dough pizza, deli, full-service grill, salad bar, self-serve pasta bar, hot entrees and vegetables, desserts, make your own milkshakes and more. Wednesday nights are premium nights featuring favorites such as steak and seafood specials. Don't miss special events such as Mardi Gras and Lobster Night!

The Commons offers a variety of food including pizza, pasta, hot sandwiches, southwestern cuisine, deli sandwiches and wraps, burgers, Chinese cuisine and salads.

The Coffee Shoppe serves coffee and freshly baked pastries, along with bagel sandwiches, salads, deli sandwiches and homemade soups.

All dining facilities on campus take meal plans, flex dollars and cash.
