Welcome to the UMBC Voices Against Violence web site!

The Voices Against Violence program seeks to create a safe and supportive community for women and men. The program provides two key services:

  • to address several aspects of sexual and domestic violence from an educational and preventive approach,
  • and to further a coordinated collaboration with all members of the university community to respond and educate about every aspect of sexual violence.

IF YOU NEED TO REPORT AN INCIDENT, PLEASE CLICK:

VAV PROTOCOL WITH INCIDENT REPORT FORMS .

INCIDENT REPORTING FORMS FOR EACH DEPARTMENT/DIVISION ON CAMPUS ARE INCLUDED AT THE END OF THE PROTOCOL.

To report an incident of sexual violence, you can find general guidelines to assist a victim and the incident reporting forms at MyUMBC/Campus Life/Health and Safety. You may also contact Univerity Police, (5.5555), University Counseling Services (5.2472) or University Health Services ( 5.2542), who can assist you as well.

To learn more about these services, go to our Services page.
