Mr. James O'Neill serves as CEO of CompuDyne Corporation, a leading provider of products and services to the public security market, specializing in Institutional Security Systems, Attack Protection, Integrated Electronics and Public Safety and Justice/Tiburon.

He has been a leading executive in the technology industry for more than 25 year with extensive senior management experience focused on intelligence, networks and electronics.

Most recently, Mr. O'Neill held positions as corporate vice president and president of Northrop Grummanís Information Technology sector, one of the worldís premier providers of advanced information technology (IT) engineering, and business solutions for government and commercial clients.

Before joining Northrop Grumman, Mr. O'Neill served as senior vice president and general manager of Oracle Services Industries, where he led the companyís sales and consulting groups in the worldwide communications and utilities sectors.

Mr. O'Neill is the 2008 chairman of the Professional Services Council and Vice Chairman of the Executive Committee for the Northern Virginia Technology Council. He also sits on the board of the Technology Council of Maryland, the Intelligence and National Security Alliance, and the American Heart Association. In 2006, he was named Government Contractor Executive of the Year in the large business category by the Northern Virginia Government Contractors Council, Professional Services Council and Washington Technology.

He earned a bachelor's degree from St. Anselm College, N.H., and has attended executive management programs worldwide.
