"To love women, to
love our vaginas, to know them and touch them and be familiar with
who we are and what we need...so that our center, our point, our
motor, our dream, is no longer detached, mutilated, numb, broken,
invisible or ashamed" (from the Vagina Monologues)
In celebration of Women's
History Month, the UMBC Theatre Department presents Eve Ensler's The
Vagina Monologues. Tickets are $7 for general admission
with a special discount of $5 for UMBC students. All
proceeds go to the Baltimore Women's Shelters and Organizations,
which aids the women of Afghanistan. This is also part of
the V-Day College
Campaign.
