An opportunity for students who are concerned about their
eating habits and body image to talk to a professional counselor. The counseling
center will be providing short walk-in meetings that will help students to
better understand any possible risk associated with their behaviors and to learn
about campus and local resources, no appointments necessary. For more

to Help a Friend
Friday, March 2nd, 1:00

Discuss Signs of disordered eating behaviors, factors contributing to it, and tips for helping friends who seem obsessed with food and their weight. Dr. Keum Choi, Psychologist with the Counseling Center and Laura Rubinstein, Health Educator, University Health Services will facilitate the discussion.
