The purpose of this workshop is to help members of the UMBC community discover, or rediscover, their innate strengths that they enjoy utilizing the most. Knowing one's dependable strengths assists in creating job satisfaction and increases chances for success. Dependable Strengths is a unique research-based process proven to increase self-esteem, motivation, and interest in learning for people of all ages.
