Terri Werner and Jill Weinknecht Wardell, from UMBC Training and Organization Development, will help us end the day with specific techniques to help us re-frame how we think about ‘power’ and to be more balanced and effective.

 

We will explore a guided visualization for achieving goals, centering, a more effective way to experience personal energy and ‘power.’ A way to more effectively say “No” and how to say “Yes!” to the things we want in our life.
