Free Women's Self-Defense Workshop
Tuesday, October 20, 5-7pm, Women's Center (Commons 004)
Join instructor Cathy Johnson for an introduction to self-defense. Learn basic skills, including:
- assertiveness and boundary-setting
- verbal de-escalation
- physical techniques

If you answered "yes" to all these questions, you are eligible to apply. Pick up an application at the Women's Center or download one here to print out. Completed applications can be mailed to the address on the cover sheet or dropped off in person at the Women's Center.
