Maintain and ensure security, and integrity of personnel data in all modules of company's Oracle Human Resources Management System (HRMS), as well information sent to and maintained by third parties for Payroll, Benefits and providers as needed.

The position also supports HRMS-related documentation, patching, upgrade, and reporting activities as needed. Assists HR staff in resolving technical issues encountered in the administration of personnel data in all HRMS modules.

Serves as the local, on-ground presence to participate in cross-functional ERPP activities and special ERPP projects requiring face-to-face collaboration with other project teams (most functions centralized in MD). Serve as backup reporting & analysis resource to HRMS manager. Acts as technical support for interfaces, and ensures integrity of data passed from, Oracle HRMS to third party systems, such as Benefits Administration and Payroll.

· Working knowledge of MS-Office applications (specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint) including basic Excel formula writing
· Familiarity with ERPP system and relational databases (such as Access) strongly preferred
· Familiarity with reporting software (e.g., Discoverer, Crystal Reports) desirable
· Familiarity with SQL a plus
· BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related area
· 1-2 years HRMS or employee information database experience
