How UMBC Students Made the Most of Summer

Through The Shriver Center at UMBC, hundreds of students are foregoing their summer trips to the beach to boost their resumes with internships, co-ops, service-learning and research positions at organizations throughout the U.S.

This past summer, UMBC student internship sites included Maryland Public Television, the State Attorney for Baltimore City, NASA Goddard Space Flight Center, McCormick and Co., Inc., Secretary of the Maryland Department of the Environment, Northwestern Mutual Financial Network, Developmental Robotics Laboratory, and many more.
