Provide preventive maintenance and repair services on clinical equipment.
Knowledge of inspection, calibration, troubleshooting and assessment skills, including the use of appropriate test equipment and tools. Must have the ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships, follow company policies and procedures, understand and ensure compliance with federal/state and other agency regulations & standards, complete recordkeeping & documentation tasks in a timely and accurate manner, assist others in team situations and work responsibly with minimal supervision. Some travel required.
Qualifications:
AS Degree in biomedical equipment technology or electronics or equivalent military training & experience Demonstrable skills, knowledge and abilities appropriate to biomedical equipment service and related safe conduct in the work environment. Knowledge of medical equipment instrumentation and laboratory experience. Trained in cGMP or other applicable quality programs.
