We are looking for a full time PowerBuilder / .NET Developer. Candidate must be a sharp, highly motivated professional with strong communication (both verbal and written) skills and ability to exchange technical and business information with others clearly and concisely.

Principle Responsibilities:
Interact with business users to understand, define and specify business requirements to ensure that applications meet user needs
Accurately translate user/business requirements into technical specifications
Design, develop, implement and maintain customized applications
Actively participate in the revenue generation process by identifying opportunities to expand the scope of the client engagement (i.e. additional scope on current projects, or new projects)
Effectively manage multiple priorities from one or more applications within an engagement/project
Successfully deliver all engagements, projects and tasks

Required Skills & Abilities:
4 - 6 years of PowerBuilder experience
1 - 3 years of .NET experience
Experience with relational databases: SQL Server 2000 and SQL Server 2005 preferred
Familiarity with multi-tiered and client-server applications
Thorough working knowledge of the application development processes, methodologies and their direct application to application projects
Strong programming, code development, code debugging, testing and troubleshooting skills, and experience with numerous operating systems, developmental environments, programming languages and architectures
Strong decision making and problem solving experience with application projects
Understanding of application coding methodologies and the SDLC model
Demonstrated attention to detail through prior experience at the tactical, implementation level
Ability to deliver goals and directly implement application projects.
Strong communication (both verbal and written) skills and ability to exchange technical and business information with others clearly and concisely.

Education & Certifications:
BS Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related discipline.
Desired Certifications: in any of the listed technologies
