Summer Tutor/Counselor

We are looking for tutor/counselors for the upcoming summer component. During the summer students stay on UMBC's campus, take classes, and experience cultural activities for six weeks. Tutor/counselors help students with their studies as well as social skills
The requirements are:
-Ability to tutor in Math, Science, Foreign Language, or English
-Must have 30 or more credits
- Must have a 2.75 GPA or higher
-Must be able to live on campus for the entire 6 weeks (Room and Board is paid by the program)
-Must be able to work with teenagers
-Background in tutoring or counseling preferred but NOT required
