Position Summary:
This is a video editing position with the main responsibility of analyzing audio/video content in relationship
to its closed caption data.
Responsibilities:
1. Using OmniEdit workstation, access assigned audio/video content and its related closed caption
data from network server
2. Analyze the audio and CC Data to determine if there are timing variances between them
3. If so, edit the CC Data to match audio track
4. Store matching or corrected CC Data and forward to MPC Manager Station
Requirements:
1. Education & Training:
• High School Degree, computer literate
2. Specialized Knowledge & Skills:
• High energy and results oriented
• Attention to details and strong follow through
• Knowledge of video or closed captioning editing or the ability to learn
• Ability to work with all levels of motion picture industry movie ratings
3. Type of Equipment Used:
• PC workstations
• OmniEdit Closed Captioning Editor
4. Work Experience:
• 6 months of general business experience
• Ability to pass industrial level work history and security check
