Sinclair Broadcast Group seeks a PAID Human Resources Intern to work in Hunt Valley, MD. This is a part-time job for a college Junior or Senior who is interested/majoring in the Human Resources field.
Responsibilities include:
*Assist the department with running searches and researching Internet resources for
a wide spectrum of hiring needs.
*Develop various databases for important HR documents: job descriptions, training records and hiring reports.
*Assist members of HR team with recruiting and hiring issues, new hire orientation preparations and employee relations issues.
*Handle a variety of HR duties that will expose you to the full HR spectrum.
*Assist Benefits Manager as needed
