If a teenager needed your advice, would you give it? They do…and you can.
With a limited time commitment (equivalent to 2 half days), you can influence and inspire 100 young people in your community high schools. Achievement Counts demonstrates the important connection between achievement in school and success in the workplace and in life.
Join with 3,000 other committed Marylanders who will talk this fall with nearly 100,000 8th and 9th grade students in their classrooms about where they want to go in life and how to get there.
What you do: 1) Register to participate; 2) Attend a 3-hour training session (September); 3) Make four presentations. You can choose schools and dates that fit your schedule.
