As a Store Executive Intern, you will work in all areas of the store: Logistics, Human Resources, Assets Protection, Guest Service, and Sales floor. In addition, you will have the opportunity to select a special project that allows you to focus on one area of a leader’s responsibilities within the store. Through this comprehensive training program, you will gain a significant knowledge base, and have the opportunity to make an impact in a Target Store as an executive in training and project leader. In addition, you will work closely with team members and members of the senior leadership group.
