That's why we are hosting the Accenture Technology Solutions Women's Networking Forum for female students in the Washington, DC area who are pursuing technology degrees.
Centered on the theme of leadership, this event will help empower a new generation of female leaders by helping female students develop and strengthen their leadership skills. Selected women will attend the event and:
- Network and build relationships with top Accenture female employees, along with top women from other universities
- Gain valuable exposure to the business world and build leadership skills to use in any academic or business setting
- Get a realistic preview of what it's like to be an Accenture employee
- Explore career paths within Accenture and understand what we are seeking in future employees
- Learn how to successfully overcome challenges women face in the workplace
You'll also hear about how through our women's initiative, we’ve established many programs to retain and advance our female employees, including flexible work arrangements, networking groups, and mentoring programs.
