2011 ABELL AWARD IN URBAN POLICY COMPETITION

Submit a research paper on a pressing policy problem facing the City of Baltimore.
Up to $5000 in award money available!

All full-time students at Coppin State University, Goucher College, Johns Hopkins University, Loyola University Maryland, Morgan State University, College of Notre Dame, Towson University, University of Baltimore, University of Maryland, Baltimore, UMBC, University of Maryland, College Park, and Stevenson University are eligible to participate.

Applicants must be full-time, matriculated students at the time the final paper is submitted.

DEADLINES
Entry form: OCTOBER 22, 2010
Abstract: NOVEMBER 22, 2010
Final papers: February 28, 2011
