All full-time students at Coppin State University, Goucher College, Johns Hopkins University, Loyola University Maryland, Morgan State University, College of Notre Dame, Towson University, University of Baltimore, University of Maryland, Baltimore, UMBC, University of Maryland, College Park, and Stevenson University are eligible to participate.
Applicants must be full-time, matriculated students at the time the final paper is submitted.
