Alum, Jayme Hill at BCHS and on WYPR

2008 M.A. graduate Jayme Hill is the final presenter in the Baltimore City Historical Society's Baltimore History Evening series for 2010. She will also be interviewed by Sheila Kast, host of WYPR's Maryland Morning.
Jayme Hill's topic is "From the Brothel to the Block: The Abolition of Prostitution in Baltimore During the Progressive Era" (the topic of her 2008 M.A. thesis). She is a teacher mentor at the Aberdeen High School and received an honorable mention for the 2009 Joseph L. Arnold Prize for Outstanding Writing on Baltimore City History. She has a Master's Degree in Historical Studies from UMBC.
