Job Duties
This Co-op will be responsible for:
„X Writing test cases
„X Executing test cases
„X Recording defects
Knowledge and Skills
The ideal Co-op will have course experience in C++, SQL and databases. Visual Basic with C# a plus. Any previous job experience in software or hardware is a plus. Will have good oral and written communication skills that will allow them to interact with users, developers and other test team members. Good written communication skills will allow them to be able to write concise and understandable defects against product. Knowledge of SQL and programming languages to develop post-analysis verification tools.
Viable candidates must be currently enrolled in a Computer Science, Information Systems or Electrical Engineering program pursuing a BS or MS degree. Must be able to work 15-20 hours per week.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
„X Currently enrolled in a college / university degree program
„X Majoring in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
„X Able to work 15-20 hours per week
„X No relatives who work for UPS or any of its subsidiaries
„X U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer
„X Willing to work in Timonium, Maryland
OTHER CRITERIA:
Employer will not sponsor visas for position.
