McCormick & Company, Inc., a world leader in the spice, flavor, & seasonings industry, is seeking TWO Accounts Payable Interns for its Financial Shared Services Division, located in Hunt Valley, MD.
This internship will require 12-20 hours per week, but will be flexible based on college schedule and availability. It will run for about 3 months, maybe longer if needed.
INTERNSHIP REQUIREMENTS:
• Must currently be a Sophomore, Junior or senior in college, or a graduate.
• Must be a Business, Finance or Accounting major
• Must be able to work in 12-20 hours per week (flexible hours based on schedule)
• Multi-language capabilities highly preferred.
INTERNSHIP DESCRIPTION:
• Keying invoices for Accounts Payable
• Opening, sorting and scanning mail
• Validating scanned images for accuracy and/or missing information
• Routing of invoices with discrepancies for problem resolution
• Pay Rate: $12/Hour
