The team is looking for competitive students with the following qualifications:

- Completed two or more academic years at a university or college (Junior, Senior or Graduate status ONLY)
- Participation and Leadership with campus organizations, clubs, athletics teams, groups is a plus
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work from May 31 – August 12, 2011 and a minimum of 40 hours per week in Baltimore, Maryland

The following teams are looking for talented Rookies

Accessories
As an Accessories Rookie, you will be given the rare opportunity to work with an up and coming, rapidly growing department and help to drive this rising category. You will work with a wide variety of products, from hats to bags and assist with product commercialization. You will also help analyze manufacturing capabilities, research new technologies and fabrications, facilitate problem solving, and meet style commercialization and material development timelines. You will play a key role in the Accessories product line management process.

Accounting
As an Accounting Rookie, you will work among Under Armour's corporate Accounting department. You will have the opportunity to learn about Accounting operations, financial planning & analysis, treasury and payroll, international accounting and much more! This Rookie helps the Accounting Team with a wide range of tasks and projects. We are looking for an eager Accounting major to take on the job and run!

Brand Marketing
UA's Brand Marketing Team is looking for creative, driven and focused Rookies who have a passion for cutting edge Branding and Marketing techniques. As the Brand Marketing Team grows, more than one Rookie will be needed for this department. These Rookies will assist with all aspects of the department, from graphic design, communications, market research and competitor analysis, events and community relations. Meanwhile, you will work along side a devoted team and learn from the best in the industry.

Customer Service

The Under Armour Customer Service Team is looking for a dynamic individual to provide exceptional customer service to our customers. As the Customer Service rookie, you will assist customers by placing orders, providing accurate product information, and addressing questions or concerns. If you're interested in the learning firsthand about Under Armour products and customers, this is the path for you.

Footwear Development
Do you have an interest in footwear and how it's made? We are looking for a mechanical or materials engineer, industrial design, product development or equivalent major to help create the worlds best performance shoe. You should have the detail-oriented mindset of an engineer with the creativity of a designer. We are looking for someone with experience in 3D CAD using Solidworks, Rhino or an equivalent program, photorealistic rendering experience, including material creation using VRay, Maxwell or an equivalent program

Human Resources

Are you interested in recruiting & retention, benefits & compensation, employee relations, learning & development? Our HR Team includes all of this and more! As our HR Rookie, you will work with professionals that thrive on the notion that "everything matters." If you are a HR-focused undergrad with passion and enthusiasm for organizational and human resources development then read on.

Information Technology

Want to know what it's like to work in an IT department? Interested in working with IT professionals who can teach you about belonging to an exciting team and a growing organization? As our IT Rookie, you will work among the best in the field and get to see first hand what it's all about. We are looking for eager IT or IS undergrads to take on the job and run. Note that SAP experience is a plus.

Legal
Want to have firsthand experience working in a corporate legal department? Do you have a passion for corporate law? Our Legal team is looking for an organized, driven individual to assist them with everyday tasks that help make a different at Under Armour. As our Legal Rookie, you will work among the best in the field and get to see what it's all about. We are looking for an eager candidate to take on the job and run.

Retail

The Retail Team is one of our fastest growing and expanding teams in UA history! From sales associates who provide unique shopping experiences for our customers, to managers who motivate their teams to "be great", service is paramount on our Retail Team. We are looking for students interested in all facets of retail from operations, store design, planning and buying to human resources management.

Retail Marketing/ Visual Merchandising

Are you interested in retail, brand marketing, visual merchandising, and consumer studies? Our Retail Marketing team manages our account relationships (big box, independent and mall) and designs concept shops, oversees in-store marketing concepts and visual merchandising needs. If you have a creative mind and understand the importance of retail marketing and merchandising, then read on.

Sourcing
Are you a supply chain or logistics major interested in the global marketplace? As a global company, we need resources to help manage shipment of our products from factory to distribution. This position will add value to our team by studying the impact of the economy and learn how we act as a Free Trade Zone operation.
