Make $10 for 45 Minutes of Your Time

Are you a first year student (freshman or transfer)? You can make $10 for taking a 45 minute online test in the Library as part of an assessment of information literacy skills.

The Library is conducting an assessment of the information literacy skills of first year undergraduate students in order to support the campus' assessment goals. The Library will utilize Project SAILS (https://www.projectsails.org), a standardized assessment tool.

In order to participate, you must be a currently enrolled freshman or first year transfer student. Participants must be 18 or older by the selected testing date. You will be paid $10 (credited to your UMBC ID card) upon completion of the test. Participation is limited to the first 250 students who register.
