Starts Fast, Stays Fast. Chromebooks start in seconds, so you can go straight to playing or working (if you have to). Unlike traditional computers, Chromebooks update automatically so they don’t slow down over time. The average Chrome OS update cycle is every 6 weeks.
Built-in Protection. Virus protection, multiple layers of security, and verified boot help keep you safe from viruses, malware and other computer nasties.
Management Console. This web-based system makes it easy for schools to configure and manage a set of Chromebooks across a school or an entire district. You can easily apply policies, apps, and settings to different sets of users. Group students by grade level or subject. Separate students and faculty. You can blacklist, whitelist, or pre-install apps, extensions and URLs.
